Have an idea?
Let's make it real in 2 weeks

We turn early-stage concepts into working MVPs using no-code tools, with the polish to test, pitch, or launch.

You bring the vision. We bring the velocity.

Trusted by founders going from napkin to working product

THE process

Two weeks. One working product.

We've compressed the build cycle into a focused sprint, so you stop planning and start learning.

TOOLS we use

Modern tools. Startup speed.

We're not religious about tools. We're religious about shipping. Whatever gets you to a working product fastest.

  • Figma

A functional no-code app you can actually use, or a high-fidelity Figma prototype that feels real.

    Either way, it's demo-ready

  • Loveable/Replit

Lightweight code environments for prototypes that need a bit more flexibility. Great for API integrations and custom logic.

IS THIS YOU?

Scope small and ship fast.
Validate clearly.

Most MVPs fail because they try to do too much. Founders spend months building features no one asked for, then wonder why users don't convert.

We've been there. We've seen it. And we've learned how to cut to the core: What's the one thing your product needs to prove? Let's build that, and only that, so you can learn fast and move forward.

"I need something to demo for investors"

You're raising, or about to. A deck is fine. But a working prototype is better. Show them that you can ship, not just pitch

Pre-seed founders, accelerator participants
"I want to test with users before committing to a full build"

You've got conviction, but not certainty. Before spending $50K+ on development, you want to put something in front of users and see if it actually resonates. A quick MVP gives you permission to go big, or pivot early.

First-time founders, product-minded operators
"I'm stuck in idea limbo and need momentum

You've been thinking about this for months. Maybe years. You need someone to help you scope it down, make decisions, and actually ship something.

Solo founders, "one-day" dreamers
"I don't have a technical co-founder and can't afford a dev agency"

Agencies quote $50K and 3 months. Freelancers are hit-or-miss. You need a way to build something real without burning your runway or waiting for the perfect co-founder.

Business-side operators, Solo-founders
"My pitch deck is solid, but I need a working prototype to close my round"

Investors keep saying "come back when you have something to show." Your deck tells the story, but a working MVP makes it tangible. You need proof you can ship—not just slides that say you will.

Pre-seed founders, first-time fundraisers
"I've validated the idea through conversations. Now I need to show it."

You've done the customer discovery. You've heard the pain points. You know there's demand. But you can't keep doing interviews forever, you need to translate those insights into something people can touch and use.

Research-minded founders, PMs turned founders
"I'm in an accelerator and need to ship before demo day"

The clock is ticking. You've got 8 weeks until you're on stage in front of investors. You need to go from concept to working product, fast, without sacrificing quality. Demo day waits for no one.

Accelerator participants, incubator founders, cohort-based program members
"I keep overcomplicating the MVP scope and never launch."

Every time you sit down to define the MVP, it grows. "Just one more feature" turns into six more months. You need someone to help you ruthlessly cut scope and actually ship the thing.

Perfectionists, feature-creepers
"I've hired freelancers before and been burned by poor quality"

You've tried the Upwork route. You got mockups that looked nice but couldn't be built, or code that fell apart after a week. You need senior expertise and a proven process, not another gamble.

Founders who've been burned, boostrapped founders
"I need a design partner who understands startups, not just pixels"

You don't need someone who asks "what font do you want?" You need someone who asks "what are you trying to prove?" You want a partner who thinks strategically about product, not just aesthetically about screens.

Experienced founders, operators building their first product
"My engineering team is waiting on designs to start building"

You've got developers ready to go, but no designs to hand them. Every week without specs is a week of wasted capacity. You need production-ready Figma files so your team can start building immediately

CTO-led startups, Technical-founders
"I have a prototype in my head but can't get it out of my head"

You can see it so clearly, the screens, the flows, the interactions. But you can't translate that vision into Figma or code. You need someone who can extract what's in your head and make it real.

FAQ'S

What founders usually ask

What counts as an MVP? How do you decide what's in scope?

We focus on the one core flow that proves your biggest assumption. In our kickoff session, we ruthlessly cut scope together. If it's not essential to validate your idea, it's out. Most MVPs are 5–8 core screens.

What no-code tools do you use?

We pick the right tool for your product: Lovable for AI-powered apps and dashboards, Replit for custom logic, Webflow for marketing-heavy products, and Make for workflow automation. We're not religious about tools—we're religious about shipping.

Can I get a native mobile app?

For a 2-week sprint, we focus on mobile web apps (progressive web apps) rather than native iOS/Android. These work beautifully on mobile and are much faster to build. If you need native apps later, we can help you plan that transition.

What if I don't know exactly what I want to build?

That's normal. Our scoping session is designed to help you clarify. If you need more extensive discovery, consider our Strategic Research Validation sprint first—then come back for the build.

What happens after the 2 weeks?

You own everything we create. From there, you can iterate yourself, continue with us on a design retainer, or hand off to your engineering team. We'll include recommendations for next steps in your Notion hub.

Can you build something with a backend/database?

Our no-code tools support databases, user authentication, and API integrations. We can build functional products, not just clickable prototypes. That said, for highly complex backends, you may eventually need custom development.

How involved do I need to be during the sprint?

We need you for a 60-minute kickoff and a 30-minute design review mid-sprint. Beyond that, we work async and send Loom updates. You can be as involved as you like, but we won't block on your calendar.

Do I need to have my branding figured out?

No. We can work with rough brand direction or use a clean, neutral aesthetic. If you want a proper brand identity, add our Branding Kit option.

What's the difference between this and hiring a freelancer?

Freelancers design. We design, build, and think strategically. You get senior expertise, a proven process, and a complete product, not just mockups you then have to figure out how to build.

How do I get started?

Book a scoping call. We'll understand your idea, define the MVP together, and confirm timing. If we're a fit, we can typically start within 1–2 weeks.

Ready to turn your idea into something real?

Let's talk about what you're building. If a 2-week sprint is the right move, we'll map it out together.
